Delicious Dining Experience

The food was absolutely good at the Royal Cancun. We enjoyed a variety of dining options, from the beachside restaurant with its beautiful view to the Italian restaurant that served some of the best meals I've had. I particularly recommend the Sunday Prime Rib dinner; it was the biggest and most delicious prime rib I've ever had on vacation! The quality of food surpassed my expectations, making every meal a highlight of our stay.

Fun for the Kids

The Kids' Club at the Royal Cancun was a huge hit with my children. My kids absolutely loved the craft sessions with Corina and couldn’t stop raving about her after we returned home. The activities provided kept them entertained, giving my husband and I some much-needed relaxation time by the pool. It's truly a family-friendly environment that caters especially well to kids.

Spacious and Comfortable Suites

We stayed in the Two Bedroom Suite Beachfront, and it was perfect for our family. The layout offered ample space for the five of us, with clean and comfortable accommodations. Relaxing Spa Experience

While the hotel offers a beautiful beach and spacious condo-style rooms, the overall experience was less than ideal. We've enjoyed several aspects like room size and the friendly staff, but faced numerous inconveniences. Additionally, the alcohol selection fell short of expectation, which diminished our overall enjoyment.

We had a delightful stay at the Royal Cancun, where the accommodations were spacious and very well kept. The beach was beautiful with warm water, perfect for relaxation. However, we found the beds could be more comfortable, and there was a noticeable noise issue from guests in the hallways. Overall, it's a great family-friendly place with excellent dining options and a friendly staff that makes you feel at home.
