Amazing Culinary Care

During my stay, I was really impressed with the dining experience at the resort. The kitchen staff, especially Mario Aguilar, Carlos Gonzalez, and Ernesto Corona, provided really good service. My son has food allergies, and they took such great care of him by preparing special meals just for him. It was a huge relief to know he could enjoy his food safely. The food overall was delicious, and I particularly loved the offerings at the Captain Cove restaurant!

Spacious Family Suites

The layout of the suites was perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed having the adult bedroom suite upstairs, which provided us with great privacy, while the kids had their own space downstairs. Kid-Friendly Oasis

The resort is fantastic for families, especially with young children. The beach was calm, making it a safe and enjoyable place for my little ones to play. The children's amenities included activities like aqua aerobics which my kids absolutely loved. It's not over-stimulating, yet there was plenty for them to do without it feeling chaotic. They had a great time swimming in the pools and exploring the amenities!

Relaxing Poolside Experience

I really enjoyed the leisure facilities available, especially the pools! They were well-maintained and provided a perfect place to relax while the kids splashed about. Plus, there was a lovely beachside restaurant where I could unwind with a drink while keeping an eye on my children. It truly helped make our vacation relaxing and enjoyable with the added bonus of great views!

While the hotel offers a beautiful beach and spacious condo-style rooms, the overall experience was less than ideal. We've enjoyed several aspects like room size and the friendly staff, but faced numerous inconveniences. The food options were limited and the all-inclusive package was misleading, leading to unexpected costs. Additionally, the alcohol selection fell short of expectation, which diminished our overall enjoyment.

We had a delightful stay at the Royal Cancun, where the accommodations were spacious and very well kept. The beach was beautiful with warm water, perfect for relaxation. However, we found the beds could be more comfortable, and there was a noticeable noise issue from guests in the hallways. Overall, it's a great family-friendly place with excellent dining options and a friendly staff that makes you feel at home.

Our stay was really enjoyable, especially with the spacious suite that felt more like a small apartment with a full kitchen. The beach was stunning and perfect for our little ones.
